- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The Drs and nurses here are all very good. In the decade or so I have been with them I have never had cause for complaint. From working at another surgery I understand the demand for appointments and that it isn't always possible/ necessary to see a Dr. Receptionists ask for a reason so they can best assist you and find a suitable slot. The waiting time on the phone is just a necessary evil, it may be frustrating when ill, but a person can only answer so many calls in a certain amount of time.
