  I've used the Wigston branch for a number of years now and the staff there are extremly helpfull and friendly, they always provide the greatest of care to my pets. Fantastic customer care. I would highly recommend this practice.

  The worst vet ever. I had a bit of problems with paying my one bill a year or two ago because of the financial difficulties I have had in my family. I went there this year trying to explain that it was not my intention to not pay and that I am sorry and wish to pay the debt at the same time I had a kitten that I want to register under my name. They took the money they register my kitten and saw him once. I thought everything was fine but today when I tried to book in appointment for my very sick kitten they would not take him in because I had a debt with them and they don't care that it is paid off they will not see any pets of mine in there because of past problems. Have I not proved to them that I won't let that happen again. Dont I deserve second chance. Have they never had financial problems to understand and it's not like I left it I paid of as soon as I could. I have not left it thinking it will be forgotten.
